2012 GRAND MASTER’S PROJECT

This year, the Grand Master’s projects is focused on raising child literacy in California. Together, the Masons of California and Raising A Reader, a national non-profit organization, will make a difference in child literacy for those who need it most: kindergartners in low-performing public schools who are at high risk for educational failure.

The project will circulate children’s books to homes, engage families in shared reading of those books, and help thousands of children develop reading readiness skills.
